General Information
Conference Location
will be held on 20–21 December 2026 at the prestigious Rixos Palestine Hotel in Alexandria, Egypt. Alexandria is the most famous port on Mediterranean Sea. In fact, it is the home of Bibliotheca Alexandria.
Commercial Exhibition
A commercial exhibition is to be planned during the conference. Local and regional companies are welcomed to introduce their products and relevant projects. Companies interested in participating in the display should contact the activities coordinators. Special rates for participant’s accommodation will be arranged with hotels. Detailed information will be provided on the conference website.
Registration Fees
The registration fees covers attendance of all sessions, the proceedings, welcome-reception, lunches and coffee breaks, reception, conference banquet. Early registration is encouraged. Details are as follows:
- Participant from Egypt : EGP 4000 LE
- Participant from abroad : USD 700 USD
Accommodation
Special rates for participant’s accommodation will be arranged with hotels. Detailed information will be provided on the conference website.
Conference Proceedings
Accepted papers will be fully published in the conference CD which will be made available to participants. Also the conference proceedings will contain the extended abstracts of the papers.
Conference Language
The official language of the conference is English. Abstracts, papers, presentations and discussions shall be in English. However, papers in Arabic shall be accepted.
Social Program
An attractive social program will be offered for participants, accompanying spouses, and guests during and after the conference. Tours will be organized within Alexandria. Additionally, a visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum in Cairo will be arranged, depending on the conference schedule and the museum’s booking regulations.
Guests will also have the opportunity to join trips to Cairo, Luxor, Hurghada, Sharm El-Sheikh, and Sinai, organized by local travel agencies. Detailed information and program costs will be available on the conference website.
